Frequently Asked Questions

🛫 Is Longmont Shuttle currently running trips to Denver International Airport (DIA)?

Not yet. We’re actively building a new local shuttle service for Longmont residents traveling to DIA. In the meantime, we’re connecting travelers with trusted independent drivers who previously worked for Longmont’s former shuttle provider.

🚘 How do I book a ride right now?

We’ve created a temporary driver directory on this page where you can contact independent drivers directly. Each listing includes their contact info and (if available) a booking link.

📆 When will the full shuttle service launch?

We’re working behind the scenes to finalize logistics, driver onboarding, and insurance. If you’d like to be notified when full service goes live, sign up for email updates at the bottom of the homepage.

📍 Where do you pick up and drop off?

Our full-service shuttle will operate between Longmont and Denver International Airport (DIA). Some independent drivers may offer additional flexibility, so be sure to check their listings for more info.

💳 How much will it cost?

Our future shuttle rates are still being finalized, but will be competitively priced and comparable to (or better than) current rideshare options. Independent drivers set their own rates for now—please check their listing directly for pricing.

🧾 Can I book a round trip?

Yes! Some independent drivers may offer round-trip bookings. Once our full platform launches, you’ll be able to book both departure and return rides through our site.

⏰ How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Some drivers may accept last-minute requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

🚙 What kind of vehicles are used?

All drivers use their own personal vehicles, which must meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Most are experienced shuttle drivers with professional vehicles that accommodate luggage.

🧑‍✈️ Who are your drivers?

Our directory features drivers who previously worked for a company that recently closed without notice, and other trusted shuttle services. These are local professionals with years of experience driving passengers to DIA.

🛡️ Is the service insured?

When our official service launches, we’ll carry all necessary commercial and liability insurance. For now, each independent driver listed is responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage. We encourage you to verify this with your driver directly.

📬 Can I sign up to be a driver?

At this time, we’re not accepting new drivers, but we welcome early interest! Please fill out our driver interest form on the homepage, and we’ll get in touch when applications open.
